Office and Virtual Consultations
All herbal and Chinese energetic medicine consultations may include customized herbal formulas, Chinese food therapy, and qi gong or meditation recommendations. Consultations are available in person or virtually. The cost of herbs is separate and typically ranges from $80–$100 for approximately a two-week supply.
Herbs-Only Consultation – $160 (45 minutes)
This focused session offers support through the lens of Chinese herbal medicine and energetic understanding. It’s ideal for reviewing current herbs or supplements, addressing a specific health concern, or receiving guidance for a seasonal or life transition. You may begin here and choose to deepen into a more comprehensive exploration later if desired.
Initial Herbal Consultation – $325 (1.75 hours)
A comprehensive intake that explores your health history, current symptoms, and energetic patterns to develop a full picture of your constitution and needs. You’ll receive a customized plan that may include herbs, food therapy, and energetic practices.
Follow-Up Consultations
For ongoing care and refinement of your plan:
- 30 minutes – $70
- 45 minutes – $105
- 1 hour – $140
- 1.5 hours – $210
10-Hour Consultation Package – $1300
A flexible package that can be used in the time configuration of your choosing (e.g., ten 1-hour visits, five 2-hour visits, or a mix). Ideal for those seeking deeper, ongoing support.
