Winston Salem Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine
Working with Chinese medicine in a clinical setting offers a powerful and individualized way to understand and transform patterns in the body.
Over time, many people have asked how to begin working with these principles more directly in their daily lives.
These courses were created as a way to share the same foundational framework I use in my clinical practice—offering both structure and guided practices so you can begin to experience this work from the inside.
They are not meant to replace individualized care, but to deepen your understanding of your own internal landscape and support your ability to engage with it directly.
You may take these courses individually, depending on what you are drawn to, or move through them as a progression.
Each one stands on its own, while also forming part of a larger framework:
Together, they reflect the same foundational approach I use in clinical practice—offered here with more detailed guidance, practices, and space for direct experience.
This course begins by exploring your internal foundation—how your system organizes itself through alignment, relationship, and awareness.
Before moving into standing practice, you are guided to recognize and feel this inner organization, creating a sense of coherence and support from within.
From there, standing becomes a way to deepen that connection—allowing your body to release unnecessary tension, receive support from the Earth, and experience stability as something that arises naturally from inside.

This course explores emotions as movements within your internal system, guided by the understanding that your deeper wisdom has been present within you from the beginning.
Drawing from Chinese medicine and Daoist inner alchemy, we look at how emotional energy forms, where it is held in the body, and how life experiences can shape its flow.
Rather than building something new, this work is about recognizing what is already here—your innate capacity to feel, process, and transform.
Through guided practices, you are supported in allowing your experience to come into presence, where it can shift and integrate naturally.
These courses offer a way to engage directly with the same principles that guide clinical work, while allowing you to move at your own pace.
They are designed to support your own exploration and to deepen your relationship with your body, your emotions, and your inner guidance.
You are welcome to begin wherever feels most aligned.
I totally credit Andres for giving me quality of life back. My migraines had completely taken control of my life. I was taking so many medications to control my migraines but still I was suffering with no relief in sight. I told Andres about my migraines and soon he came up with a specific herb formula for my migraines. At the beginning for someone who had tried all sorts of medicines I was skeptical of the herbs and the power it has to cure my migraines. But, within a couple of days… Read more
Michele turned my health around completely! Before I came to Michele I was diagnosed with “Fever of Unknown Origin” – I had a full on flu-like fever between 99-102 degrees with chills and extreme body aches EVERY DAY of my life for a year and a half. I had every test imaginable and even went to the Mayo Clinic to find out what was wrong. The doctors would scratch their heads and hurry me out the door as fast as they could – they diagnosed me with 3 autoimmune diseases including Hashimoto’s, asth… Read more
I have been working long distance with Michele for almost 2 years now. I was a little reluctant at first on how this would work over the phone or via email, but my concerns were quickly dismissed after my first phone consultation. Michele immediately put me at ease with her compassionate nature and her excellent listening skills. In a very short time she was able to pinpoint my problems, recommend a treatment strategy and explain all this to me in layman terms. I am so impressed by her p… Read more
I began acupuncture with Andres to treat infertility caused by endometriosis. My husband and I had been trying unsuccessfully to have a child for over a year and were looking to try a noninvasive, holistic approach to treatment. In addition, I had suffered years of painful and heavy menstrual cycles. In only a few sessions, my menstrual cycles greatly improved and after three months of working with Andres I became pregnant. In addition to acupuncture, he recommended dietary and lifestyle changes… Read more
I came into the session with Michele feeling depleted and as if cords of energy were pulling me into a very negative space. She suggested that we do a Medical Qi Gong session, and just “look” and see what was going on. As she worked, I began to feel my shoulders release and a weight simply being lifted from my body.
She encouraged me to begin a conversation with the 3 year old me that had created this protective armor. I’ve done “inner child” work before, but this felt different. Instead of list… Read more
